Our Athletic Performance Camps work in tandem with our Junior Coach Program. Whether your athlete is looking to improve, help others grow, or both, we’ve got you covered!


ATHLETIC TRAINING
Athletic training focuses on fundamental athleticism. Our goal is to help your child be a more confident athlete by giving them the tools to be successful in any sport. Footwork, balance, body control, speed, agility & more will be featured in each training session & have your athlete ready to take on any challenge.

NEUROMUSCULAR FOCUS TRAINING
Our Neuromuscular Focus Training (“Neuros”) connects the mind & body to begin each training session. The structured exercise highlights three beneficial components for any athlete: breath control, visualization & positive self talk. This is the backbone of our program and helps develop each athlete mentally as well as physically.



JUNIOR COACH PROGRAM
Our Athletic Performance Camps are fueled by our Junior Coach Program. Junior Coaches not only develop their own athletic skills, but also improve communication, leadership & confidence while helping others grow.
