Our mission is to instill confidence in young people through meditation and mindfulness practices, high-end athletic and fitness training, and education with emphasis on healthy, real-world development.
Mindful Measures Mini Camp
Mindful Measures Mini Camps are a simple & fun way to introduce your child to self-care awareness & practice. Self-care teachings and practices are designed to develop mental toughness and focus, proper nutrition, athletic skills, communication and confidence.
As we prepare to roll-out our inaugural Mini-camps this fall, we're seeking active, kid-focused volunteers to help us be as successful as possible. If you'd like to participate as a Mindful Volunteer, reach out to us at the link below!
Camp U is a 2 week, overnight camp that focuses on the mental, physical and spiritual growth of your child. Each day incorporates meditation and mindfulness practices, athletic training & competition, as well as financial literacy, with focus on the entrepreneurial mindset.
